I Luv Luv Cosmo Cricket so I cannot tell you how excited I was to see them having a DT search. Here is what was posted on their Blog at http://cosmocricket.blogspot.com/2008/06/scoop.html
1. People who design really well.
2. People who love posting (this one was starred), maintain blogs (this one was underlined) and are connected with the online scrapping community.
3. People who love submitting.
4. People who are easy to work with, low maintenance and happy.
5. People who love Cosmo Cricket and know how to show it.
6. People who are available to focus on Cosmo Cricket (I don't think she expects exclusivity, but just so you're not spread too thin).

Another company I LUV and am so proud to say I am designing for is MLS. My Little Shoebox. I just got the news the other day and I gotta tell you , I am SUPER EXCITED !!!!!! They have wonderful products and I am just left gaga after hearing all about their new line. If I were you I would keep an eye on this up and coming company cuz it looks like they are offering some Fantastic products.
