I have had a few crazy, weeks, days and moments. You know that great saying "Be careful what you ask for". Well I had been warmed. Certainly thinking that I pretty much lead a Drama free life and at times have wished for just a little action. Well I think Ive just had my share. We have had 2 deaths in our family, a tornado, 7 Birthdays and lets not forget prepping for school.
Seth finally started kinder and I don't think you will ever know a boy as happy as he is to be finally going to school.Cade was thrilled as well about getting to see his friends again. He really does luv school and learning but I know it will be a struggle to re-work on the character homework skills which unfortunately for him means less PlayStation time.I was also thrilled to also get to shoot my friends daughter senior pictures. She was so easy to work with and such a natural ! Here are a few of them : I am about as giddy as it gets to write about this but this week I finally made a HUGE decision that I know has been unavoidable for a some time. I purchased all new camera gear. It was such a huge decision to make and narrowing it down was about as difficult as it gets. Have you seen whats available out there ?! It can all be very confusing and overwhelming. But with great advice from my all my friends over at CMK I was able to make a very educated purchase and not feel overwhelmed.
OK this is what I ended up with: the Canon 40D, the EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 Image Stabilizer IS USM Lens, Canon Speedlite 430 EX, Sunpack 750TM Platinum Plus Tripod, 4GB Extreme 111 Compact Flash, oh and the 6 Million Crumpler Bag.YUP this is my new Baby :' )OK what am I forgetting ? Ummm yeah my scrapwork. Here is my latest work for Random Chaos. These are for challenge #27 and #28. Man am I loving these challenges and they are really making me think and create out of my normal box.
